Ace smiled when Lance replied, the smile turning to a devious looking grin. "You know you still love me, don't fight it Lanceton." Using his favourite nickname for his friend, Ace then threw his other arm around Lance's neck and stood on his toes to plant a kiss on his friend's lips. Winking at him quickly he then disentangled himself from Lance, turning back to look at Teddy.
"And as for you, if you want to touch the merchandise again you'd better be paying. I might be a whore, but god damn it I'm a high class whore!" Posing provacatively, Ace stuck his tongue out at Teddy. Yes, it was nice to be back on natural terms with his friends.

Lancer knew it would happen someday... he just didn't think it'd happen in front of a bunch of people. Choosing not to be upstaged like that, Lancer advanced on Ace as he posed. With the blink of an eye, Lancer kissed the blonde on the lips.
Teddy's eyes went wide and he couldn't help but to start laughing. "Yeah, that's right... no love for the abused child!" Oh how he loved using that excuse on his friends.

Ace was caught completely off guard when Lancer grabbed him and while he first felt a small tinge of fear when he was first gabbed, once it dawned on him it was Lancer, he relaxed again and kissed him back. Once the kiss ended he looked up at Lancer and smiled his cute little smile. "See, you so love me."
Looking over at Teddy as he spoke, Ace's face momentarily froze in shock. Why every happy moment had to be ruined with some reminder of his past he didn't know, but this time he was determined to bury it and move on. Letting go of Lancer Ace practically threw himself at Teddy, an arm around his neck and sad green eyes staring up at him. "Of course, how could I be so thoughtless? Don't worry, there's love for you too." His other hand latching onto Teddy's neck, he pulled his head down and kissed him on the lips.
Sparky shook her head as she watched the boys. "You know, even though I like girls, I just can't help but find it really hot when guys make out with each other." She looked at Cara and grinned. "Funny it's always the boys making out. No one ever wants to make out with me." Sparky pouted.

Lancer smirked. "You got me. I can no longer hide my love for you."
Teddy, on the other hand, was trying hard to hide his... love... for the blonde. As Ace pulled him in for a kiss, the teen found his body reacting in strange ways. He had always thought Ace was attractive, but at this moment... his body was catching on.
Untangling himself from the blonde, Teddy did his best to remain calm. In fact, he was sure that only Ace and Lancer would catch on to anything. But if they didn't, then he wouldn't mind.

Looking up at Teddy and pouting as he pulled away, Ace put on his best whiny voice. "It's okay Teddy, you don't have to worry about hiding your love in public. After all, Lanceton kissed me, you can kiss me too." Ace was totally clueless as to Teddy's current predicament, simply intent on playing along with their usual joking manner.

Teddy's mouth opened, and then closed. What the hell was he going to do? Ace didn't seem to have a clue, which was good.... But what about Lancer?
As if on cue, Lance casually got very close to his two childhood friends. He was close enough to hear everything and see everything. Even that slight look of fear and lust that was lurking in Teddy's eyes.
Clearing his voice, the boy spoke. "Well, Ace..." His voice was hushed so that no one else could hear. "I'm afraid our dear friend, Theodore, is experiencing his first erection brought on by a member of the same sex."
Teddy's eyes went wide as he choked on what little air had made it into his body. "Lancer!" It was as close to a whispered scream the boy could get. "Shut the fuck up!" At this point, the teen had no idea what to think. It was obvious that his good ol' friend found it humorous (or, hysterical, rather), but he just wasn't so amused. He was actually mortified. And it showed.

[[my my my, haven't you been naughty while I've been away... ]] Vinnie had been thinking up an answer along the lines of "something skimpy and hot" but he didn't get to say anything, before Moki left him to greet the newcomers. He looked over to the two arriving boys with some amount of annoyance. His annoyance turned to shock and then to some even more intense annoyance when he recognised Ace. And Moki seemed friendly with him! Didn't these people know what he was? Vinnie couldn't get his eyes off of Ace as the boy proceeded over to greet the other two boys which Vinnie didn't know. He hid his discomfort well while watching their... affectionate reunion. At first his thoughts went along the lines of "how disgusting", but when Ace started to seriously flirt with his friends - and more than that, kiss them... he swallowed and turned just the slightest shade paler. He felt that annoying feeling inside him again. It crept along his body toward his pants. Anger was the only solution he could ever have to that kind of reaction. He turned his eyes away from the three boys decisively, walking a little ways off from the group. He dug out a cigarette from his pocket. He so badly needed a smoke. Chip, for his part, had watched Ace and Phin dock the boat quietly. He didn't make a move to go to the boy, though he wanted to. He didn't even make a move to go to him when he went to greet Teddy and Lancer. When the three of them started to fool around, he had to admit he found it terribly hot. So hot in fact that every cell in his body would have wanted to join them. He was slightly surprised at not feeling jealousy. Perhaps he realised it was only a game. Perhaps his attitude to Ace was less possessive? Had he given up hope already? He wasn't sure. All he knew was that he was writhing inside as he simply had to watch, because of Vinnie. Sparky's comment made Cara tense just a little. She looked at her cheerleading friend and licked her lips. Not the most outgoing type, she couldn't bring herself to outright kiss the other girl - but she did wrap her arms round Sparky's waist and smile to her with one corner of her mouth, tilting her head to the side. "I'd make out with you," she said suggestively. Dan smiled to Bp and kissed her again. He paid no attention to the new arrivals.

Ace had a look of shock on his face, mingled with just a little more disbelief and fear than anyone would have expected. In all actuality he really had no idea how to react. Teddy was attracted to him? Seriously attracted? Turned on even?! Never in a million years would he have expected it. Even though he liked to flirt with his friends, he preferred it when everything was just a joke. But now that Teddy was actually reacting to it, this definitely posed a big problem. Looking up at Teddy and biting his lip lightly, he said the only thing that came to mind. "Sorry?"
Sparky looked at Cara, the pout still on her lips. "Oh, you're just saying that to make me feel better. You wouldn't really make out with me, would you?" Though the pout was still there it had just a trace of deviousness behind it. Was Cara really the type of girl who would make out with another girl? Either way, Sparky was amused.

Teddy covered his face with his hand. "It's ok..." He cleared his throat, and with much effort, removed the hand from his face. "This never happened." His eyes fell on Lancer. "Got it?"
Lancer chuckled. "Your secret's safe with me, Pumpkin." He just couldn't help himself. "I must confess, though... I'm a little shocked. I mean, Ace?" Lancer's eyes shifted to the blonde and then back. "Isn't he a little... worn in, for your taste?"
With that comment, Teddy couldn't help but to chuckle and punch his friend on the arm. "You're such an ass." With that being said, the troubled boy had to admit that he felt a hell of a lot better. No more uncomfortable movement from down under to dampen his mood.

Ace had forced a grin to his face when Teddy responded and was about to say something else before Lancer made his comment. Even though he knew he came across as a little on the slutty side, the comment still stung like a slap to the face. Why had he ever allowed his reputation to get like this? Why was he constantly flirting with everyone when in reality there were very few people he wanted anywhere near any part of his body?
Looking over at Teddy and Lancer, he knew he only had so long to make a comment before either of them picked up on his silence. But after last night's conversation with Phin, he realized how tired he was getting of hiding everything from everyone. He was so tempted to just go sit on the edge of the dock and mope all afternoon, waiting for someone to come and pry everything out of him. Instead he just stood where he was and said nothing, his eyes still focused on his friends. If only Vinnie weren't here and he could and talk to Chip. Part of him actually felt a little worried that Chip hadn't come over to say hi yet, but how could he with Vinnie there?

Sparky looked at Cara, the pout still on her lips. "Oh, you're just saying that to make me feel better. You wouldn't really make out with me, would you?" Though the pout was still there it had just a trace of deviousness behind it. Was Cara really the type of girl who would make out with another girl? Either way, Sparky was amused.
Cara, still hopeful that perhaps Sparky'd be interested in her yet - totally oblivious that she might not consider her even a possibility - decided that this might be her only chance to get to show to Sparky that she wasn't completely joking when she had talked with her about pretending to be lesbian for Vinnie. Her expression shifted a little from completely playful to more serious - or more correctly, focused - and she leaned up her face, and pressed her lips onto Sparky's, starting to kiss her to prove her point.
Butterflies were running headlong all round her stomach and she began to feel faint in the head.
Vinnie, who had by now lighted the cigarette, turned round to glance at the others. His brows nearly hit his hairline when he saw what Cara and Sparky were doing. He tried to decide exactly what he was feeling. On the one hand, they were so hot he knew he should have felt aroused. On the other hand... he wasn't sure.
Chip paid little attention to the girls or any other part of the little group. He had noticed that there was something going on with the three boys - something other than friendly bantering. He frowned just a little. He stood too far to really dechipher the situation fully, but he could see that at least Teddy was uncomfortable for a moment. And then Ace didn't say anything. That wasn't like him.
Chip had never been a coward. And he cared too much about Ace to let simple fear keep him put. He took one more glance to Vinnie and then started to walk to the three boys, as casually as ever. Let Vinnie think what he will. After all, he'd never seen Ace and him together. How could he guess anything?
He stopped near the threesome.
"Had I known there'd be so many cute guys around, I would have brought my pacemaker. An old man like me can't watch such hot stuff making out forever before getting a heart attack," he noted casually, a slight smile on his lips, though his eyes were eagerly and sharply going round the three boys. He wasn't loud enough for Vinnie to hear, though at that moment, he didn't really care.
A little farther off, Bee was staring at Lancer. Her heart was twined in a knot. She only now really realised it really was him standing there.
And she realised she had not seen him in... oh, she wasn't even sure how long it had been. She couldn't understand what had happened to him.
She would have wanted to go and talk to him. But somehow, she wasn't even sure if he'd remember her anymore. He was so different. So very different.

GingerSnap would have taken the speedboat out, but as luck had it the boat was landlocked for a bit having some adjustments made to it. What else was an heiress to do on a Saturday than? She called one of her best friends and asked him to take her to the island. It had taken only a minor amount of pleading and puppy eyes for Tripp to cave. After all practice wasn't going to happen today since Skyler was out of town for the weekend. Which inwardly Tripp was more than a little upset at his drummer about. They needed to practice.
With ease, Tripp brought the boat into the dock and sent Keys to tie it up while he shut the engine off. Like an ever faithful, unquestioning dog, Keys did what his friend told him to.
Judging from the look on the girl's face Tripp guessed what she was thinking and wanted to hear none of it. Instead he stepped off of the boat, offered her his hand and when she accepted it, flung her over his shoulder and proceeded to walk to the beach.
If Keys thought of saying anything, he didn't. The boy was silent, but than wasn't he always?
Tripp had a smile on his face as GingerSnap wiggled like a worm on a hook. Which only caused the boy's smile to widen.
"Tripp, put me down." Getting no response from her friend GingerSnap slapped his rear and stated firmly, "I mean now Walker."
Tripp laughed as he readjusted her on his shoulder, "Got a live on here. Might need to take her out back for a bit. Don't come looking for us."
Gin let her head flop down, sending her brown hair tumbling over the top of her head as she groaned lightly. He was getting almost as bad as Skyler. The two had definitely spent way too much time together. Keys just watched, saying nothing. This was how they were, he knew that and he also knew nothing was going to happen. At least he didn't think anything would.

Completely caught off guard by Cara's actions, it took Sparky a moment to realize that yes, Cara was actually kissing her. Sliding her hand up behind the other girl's neck, Sparky held her head close to hers as she reciprocated the kiss back, making it long enough to be exciting. As she slowly pulled away from Cara, an appreciative glint in her eyes, she suddenly realized what she'd done. She and Jules were still together, still dating, and she had just kissed another girl. Well technically, Cara had kissed her, but she hadn't exactly pulled away. If anything, she had been asking for a kiss. Was she that unhappy with her current relationship? She looked at Cara and grinned. "Thanks for that, Cara. Now I guess I know who to go to if I get jealous over the boys making out again." She winked at Cara, then glanced back over at the guys, mostly to hide the look of worry that was now on her face. She was so concerned with her own relationship that she hadn't even considered what kissing her might have meant for Cara.
Slugger led the way to the top deck of the ferry, taking a seat at the front. Sometimes he wished it was a longer ride to the island, he loved watching the waves crash against the boat and fifteen minutes of it just wasn't enough.
Flint followed along behind his friend, excited about their outing to the island. The two boys and their friend and band mate Dom had decided to go and pay a visit to their friend Loki, figuring he would appreciate their company with his sister was having a little party. Flint had been a little surprised when Dom had shown up with Melody, explaining that he had convinced her to come along. Slugger had greeted her with a friendly manner, laid back as always. Flint had greeted her a little more shyly, though, given that he'd always had just a bit of a crush on her. He was determined not to act like an ass though, and just be his normal self. Though he had a crush, nothing would ever happen between he and Mel, so there was no point in fantasizing about anything else. If they could be friends, that would be good enough for him. Flint sat next to Slugger, his long legs out in front of him, hands behind his head. This should be a good day.

Cara didn't know just how to interpret Sparky's response to her kiss. But all she could think during the kiss was just how good it felt. How it made the blood rush in her head and make her feel faint. When it ended, she tried to smile to Sparky a little as a response. She never let her eyes move from the other girl's face, though. She swallowed when the blood slowly started to rush away, and she remembered again that she was in fact taken.
Cara stepped just a little back, to give Sparky more room, and rubbed her other arm with her hand. She opened her mouth, but then no words came out. She hated herself for this. She never could get herself to speak at the right moments. She wished she would have been more like Vinnie at that moment. At least he was never left silent.
Vinnie, for his part, was by now over his feelings, or at least enough to enter interaction again. He walked closer to Cara and Sparky, sporting a half-sided smile on his lips and a half-smoked cigarette in his fingers.
"I have to say that was pretty hot," he said, almost tentatively. He was confused of what Cara and Sparky really were now, and he wanted to find out.

Brought back to the current reality by Vinnie, Sparky turned to face him, a fake smile she usually reserved for the likes of Bambi on her face. "Aw yeah, it was pretty hot, wasn't it?" Moving a little closer to Vinnie, she looked him directly in the eyes. "Now if you even think about making a comment about how you'd like to use your little wiener to make a hot dog with either of us, you can kiss it goodbye," she ensured to put extra emphasis on the word you, "because neither of us will be." Winking at Vinnie, she stood back a little. There was nothing like making fun of egotistical guys who thought that all women should grovel at their feet to put her back in a super mood. Looking at Cara and winking again, she waited to see how Vinnie would respond.
