Magenta ran toward the soccer goal, making sure to dribble the black and white checkered ball between her feet evenly. Wait for it... She said mentally to herself as she began to grow closer to the goal with each step. Just as she was about ten feet from it she lifted her right leg backward off the ground the swung it forward, kicking the ball with all her might and sending it spiraling into the net. She leaned forward and placed her hands on her knees, taking in deep breaths. She had been practicing for hours ever since school had ended and exhaustion was finally beginning to take its toll.
After a few more deep breaths she straightened back to her full height and walked over to the bench she had placed her sports bag, unzipping it and lifting a large water bottle from it. She popped up the cap and lifted it to her mouth, squirting some into her mouth before sitting on the bench then spinning around so that she was lying down on it. Soft gaze looked up at the sky as the clouds slowly passed, bringing a small smile to her face as she closed her eyes. She enjoyed sports and competition as much as the next person but she also appreciated those quiet times she had to herself. Well....at least they gave her an excuse to get away from Raven who was becoming an even bigger pain than before if that was even possible.

Sunny stood off to the side of the field, watching as the coach went over a few plays with the midfielders. She was bouncing the ball off her feet, something she did while standing around. It was a habit she'd picked up from Ace, since the cousins liked to play and practice together every now and then. He had exceptional control of the ball and since she'd started to mimic his little exercises with it, she'd found her own control and accuracy also increasing.
But practice was drawing to a close for the day and now she was contemplating on the evening. She didn't really feel like going home. She had no homework tonight and Rex was unavailable due to a mid-term test the following day. Pekoe had plans with her new boyfriend, and Holland was going out to dinner with the basketball girls. Maybe she ought to organize some little thing with her own team mates? Would anyone be up for it? It was last minute, but maybe at least a few of them would have some time. Chloe would probably be up for it, at least.
But seeing as she was so close to the sideline benches, she walked over to where Magenta was lying first. Stopping beside the girl, she looked down at her and smiled. "Hey, are you busy tonight? I was thinking of seeing if anyone wanted to go out for a while, maybe dinner or something. You in?" She waited for a response, hoping it would be yes.

Magenta had started to get lost in her thoughts again, something that seemed to be happening to her a lot lately, when Sunny came over to her and asked if she wanted to do something, kind of like a possible team get-together. She sat sat up and placed her feet back down onto the ground in Sunny's direction as she pondered over the many possibilities it might provide. Sure she was part of the team but she didn't anyone all that well and the moment and she knew how important it was to form some sort of bond between teammates. A small smile came to her lips as she looked up at Sunny and nodded lightly.
That'd be great. I've been getting a little bored lately with just sitting around and nothing to do.
Not to mention that it would give her another excuse to be away longer. She stood up and brushed some of the excess dirt that had been on the steel bench. Magenta placed her water bottle back into her sports bag before swinging it over her shoulder and straightening to her full height once again.
I think I might need to freshen up a bit, though. Any ideas on a meeting place?
She asked as she averted her attention to Sunny. If she needed help getting everyone together she would be more than happy to help but she knew if she was planning on going somewhere she had to at least take a shower or something. She definitely wasn't the easiest to look at after long hours of practice.
