Booty Call! (Saturday)

Teddy glanced around the beach. People were having fun and being stupid. Except him. Something just didn't feel right. He had all of his friends here, so what was the problem?

The sight of Lancer and Bee caught his eye, and realized what was missing. Sweetheart. Wasting no time, he pulled out his phone and dialed her number.

He hoped she'd come join the party. And if not, he'd go to her.

[Cres]

[[Heeheehee yes indeed. ]]

Sweetheart was in fact sewing. Or embroidering, at this point, really. Her Halloween dress had been ordered from her father's tailor, and he had done a great job with it. She wouldn't have really needed to do anything more to it, but she wanted to add a few embellishments herself. Just so she'd feel the dress more hers. She was in fact pretty excited about the upcoming Halloween event. She had made sure no one had seen the dress or even heard what it was like, not even her family, because she wanted to surprise everyone. She was going to try her very best to be the belle of the ball this time. Or at least blow Teddy's mind away.

Thus she was just thinking of Teddy when her mobile phone rang. She jumped a little at the sudden sharp sound, but picked the cell up quickly. She smiled when she saw the name of the caller flash in the screen.

"Teddy!" she said happily to the phone as she answered. "I was just thinking about you!"

[Sharise]

"Aww," Teddy smiled to himself. "I'm sure you say that to all the boys." Before Sweetheart had time to reply, he continued. "So, a bunch of us are at on the island having some fun while Moki tailors a few costumes. And well, I'm finding it impossible to enjoy my time here without you. So would you be interested in coming over?" He bit his lip, unsure of how she would respond. "I can pick you up at the docks with Lance's boat, if you'd like."

Sweetheart's face brightened up instantly when Teddy invited her over. She had heard from Dan and Chip something about taking their father's boat and going to the island for some party, but she hadn't imagined Teddy would be there.

"I'd love to come!" she said, pushing the dress off her lap. She could finish it later. "I can be there in no time. I guess Dan and Chip took dad's boat and I'm not really good at driving it anyway, so it'd be nice if you could pick me up. I can call you again when I get to the docks." She smiled happily, her heart aflutter. Teddy asked her over to a party! What would she wear? High heels? No, it was a beach. Where were her best sandals? She started to look through her wardrobe while still on the phone.

[Sharise]

"Excellent." Teddy smiled from ear to ear. "No need to call, I'll be at the docks waiting."

[omg, short! lol]

[Cres]

[[lol no matter, we ought to jump to them meeting at the peer anyway, yes?]]

Sweetheart nearly jumped up and down with excitement.

"Yes, okay," she said and almost instinctively kissed the phone as though she would have kissed Teddy's cheek. She checked herself and tried to keep the jittery feeling down. "Uh, I guess we'll meet there then?" She was reluctant to hang up but then, the sooner they did, the sooner they'd meet.

At the back of her mind, she was still trying to decide what to wear.

[lol Sounds good. ]

Teddy let out a small chuckle. He could hear the excitement in Sweetheart's voice, and it made him all warm and fuzzy inside. "Indeed. I'll see you soon."

[Cres]

[[ok! .....JUMP! ]]

Sweetheart had chosen one of her new clothes from Italy she had bought that summer. She was finally starting to wake up to what it meant to be a woman, and had gone shopping with her cousins in the best boutiques. She felt herself slightly strange in the fancy clothes, but then again, they looked good on her, at least so her cousins had insisted. She had on a pale pink, furry top and a white freely-flowing skirt just up to her knees. Her sandals were made of pale pink leather, and there were pretty white flower decorations on them. The top was the most revealing piece of cloth she owned, having only one shoulder strap and a back made of straps. []

She wasn't sure what Teddy would think of her attire. Would he think it was too fancy? Or too revealing? She was nervous as she walked to the dock, correcting her bag over her shoulder, searching for Teddy with her eyes. Her curly pale pink hair flowed about her freely and the silver cross around her neck glinted in the sunlight.

Teddy had been sitting in the boat at the docks. The radio was pouring out the melodies of Nat King Cole and his daughter, Natalie. As he looked out at the water, he unconsciously sang along with the words to "Unforgettable". The scene was a little shocking, even to him. Usually this kind of music bothered him... but not right now.

The sound of footsteps caught the teen's attention and he looked up. Immediately his eyes fell on Sweetheart. She looked amazing.

Collecting his senses, he let out a cat call whistle. "Hey, pretty lady. Wanna go for a ride?"

[Cres]

A smile spread across Sweetheart's lips when Teddy whistled and called out to her. She giggled as she walked up to him. As she stopped, she wiggled her hips a little suggestively - something she would not have even dreamed of doing a couple of years ago. She supposed her cousins had a bad influence on her.

"Sure thing, handsome," she said, then blushed a little and replaced her arms behind her back, looking almost like a puppy asking for approval. "You really like it? I wasn't sure if I should wear it."

[Sharise]

Teddy smiled appreciatively, still a little shocked by the girl's hip movements. "Of course." He held his arms out to help her in. "You look... amazing."

[Cres]

Sweetheart couldn't stop blushing. She came into his arms happily, trying to make herself as light as possible.

"You really truly think so?" She smiled happily. "My cousins chose this for me from Italy. They are obsessed with changing my wardrobe for me."

[Sharise]

"I do." He smiled, wrapping his arms around her and not letting go, even after she had been lifted into the boat. "No matter what you wear... you're beautiful."

[Cres]

Sweetheart blushed prettily around the cheeks and dared to place her hands on his shoulders, rather liking the fact that he wasn't letting go just yet. Her heart was beating just a few leaps faster. She had caught on a playful mood and wanted to hold on to it. It was a turf she had not yet ventured on.

She reached her head closer to him, until she could speak in his ear with a whisper: "And what about when I don't wear anything at all?"

As Sweetheart spoke, something in Teddy slowly began to snap. In a good way.

Wrapping his arms around her tighter, his pelvis came in contact with hers. There was no doubt in his mind that she could feel his... desire... rising. "Why must you tease me so?"
