Ace grinned when Chip and Colorado joked about Dan, hoping the older male wouldn't take the teasing too badly. After all, they had just patched things up, so Ace didn't want them to fall apart. When Chip came over and wrapped his arms around him he wrapped his around Chip, tilting his head up to kiss Chip's neck. He smiled at Chip's question, nodding his head just slightly before meeting his boyfriend's lips.
Sparky simply remained where she was, watching Chip and Ace with the utmost pleasure. Though she wasn't attracted to guys, the sight of two guys together did send a bit of a shiver down her spine. Especially when Ace was one of those guys. "Damn it, you two are so fucking hot together. And you just know that this coming from the lesbian must mean something!" She kissed Ace's neck once before letting him go and walking over to stand beside Colorado. "Don't worry Collie, when we go to Paris, we'll find you a hunky Frenchman!"

Colorado grinned to Sparky.
"Oh, we'd better!" He might have continued that they'd find someone for Sparky too, but he wasn't sure if the girl was involved, so he didn't want to push it. Then he glanced at the clock. "Oh my, it's getting so late! Chip, you need to take your shower and then get on with dressing up if you're going to show up in your costume to the school even remotely on time!"
Dan figured it was a good sign that he disagreed totally with Sparky on Chip and Ace looking hot together. At least he hadn't turned gay yet.
Dan's mind ran easily on simple tracks.

Ace pulled away from Chip reluctantly once Colorado made his comment, knowing that he and Sparky ought to be leaving after all. He really didn't want to go, though, especially not now. Now he just wanted to stay with Chip and enjoy the day, instead of parading around school, acting arrogant and rude with Princess, undoubtedly engaging in arguements or quiet competitions with Toffee, Jasmine, Skyler, and their crew. While that was something he usually enjoyed, it wasn't something he was feeling up to at the present time.
"I guess we should be going. As much as it pains me to be away from you." He couldn't help but pout a little as he looked up at Chip.

Chip smiled to Ace's pout - it was definitely one of the most adorable things he'd ever seen - and leaned over to kiss him on the pouting lips once more.
"Don't worry, mio bello, we'll get together again soon enough. But it pains me to be away from you, too."
Dan rolled his eyes at this point.
"Ack, this is beginning to sound like that romance novel you made me read, Colorado," he said. Collie had made Dan read the novel because he had wanted Dan to understand all the underlying implications of the art cover that he was posing for. Dan had totally missed the point, but he'd read it anyway. He hadn't liked it. Too much syrup for his liking.
Colorado chuffed Dan with his elbow at once.
"Ssh," he hissed. "Don't spoil the moment, you oaf."
Dan shook his head and turned, starting to walk toward his room.
"Fine, fine, I'll get our costumes out meanwhile the lovebirds cuddle. It'll take the better part of an hour to put them on."

Ace smiled a little at the exchange, glad that Dan seemed to be handling things better now. He waited until the other man was completely gone though before wrapping his hands around Chip's neck and pulling his face down to engage him in a very intense, and almost needy kiss. His hands slipped apart and his arms would tightly around Chip's neck and he pressed himself tightly to his boyfriend's body. He really didn't want to go. Perhaps staying over on a schoolnight hadn't been the best idea, it had made him extremely clingy. Pulling his head back slightly from Chip's face after the kiss, Ace kissed him near his ear and nearly whispered to him; "I love you." He didn't need to say anymore, the waver in his voice was probably enough to let Chip know that he was really going to miss being able to snuggle in his arms throughout the day.
Sparky watched the exchange and could barely suppress a grin. She had never seen Ace so attached to someone before and while it was quite adorable, it was also a little sad. Maybe he was getting a little too attached. She knew that the blond really missed his father, even if he never spoke to her openly about it, and now she worried if maybe Ace was starting to look to Chip to fill that void a little. After all, he was older and larger and undoubtedly Ace would view him as a protector of sorts. She would definitely have to have a chat with him on their way to school. She didn't want him to start placing too many hopes on this relationship while it was still so young.
"Come on, Blondie. I have a feeling if I don't physically pry you off of Chip, you'll never come with me, will you?" She stood by them with her arms crossed over her chest and a smile on her face.
(Oh man, I think my Neo Citran is affecting Ace too, he's way clingier now, poor boy!)

[[*lol* awww but it's so sweet!]]
Chip held Ace happily in the embrace, kissing the blond on the ear gently. He didn't reciprocate the words this time, but the emotion was clear in his eyes as he looked at his boyfriend's face. One more kiss on Ace's lips, and then Chip - reluctantly - untangled his arms from around Ace.
"Oh all right," he said, even though he was smiling. "I'll let you take him away. But don't lose him anywhere!"
Collie now grabbed Chip's arm.
"Come on, you old charmer," he said. "It's shower time. Must I come with you to get you into the booth?"
Chip grinned and slipped his arm around Collie's waist, pulling them hip to hip.
"Mm, maybe," he said. "You could wash my back."
Colorado giggled and fake-slapped Chip on the shoulder. "You dog!"
