Princess hasn't had a boyfriend since she started at school; partly due to her devotion to Ace, and partly due to his not wanting anyone else to get close to her. While she finds his attention endearing and wishes they could actually get together, she is finding herself a little annoyed that he doesn't want her dating anyone else. He has no problem with her sleeping around (which she does a lot of) but when it comes to romantic involvement, he doesn't want her to get involved with anyone and chance being hurt. She's contemplating seeing someone behind his back just to annoy him.

She spent the majority of her summer hanging around with her friends and watching Ace coach the kids' league. Once he went away on vacation with his mother, she decided to go and visit her best friend (Maple) who lives a few hours away in a big French-speaking city. She only intended to stay for one week but ended up staying the rest of the break, only coming back home the night before school started.

Ace Bailey: Best friends; he's the only one she's ever confided all of her secrets to. She's madly in love with him but understands why he won't actually date her and admires his ability to think with his head and not his heart, because he'd be just as unhealthy for her as she would be for him.

Baby Paisley (BP) MacKenzie: Good friends; they're quite close and often find themselves finishing each other's sentences and saying the same things at the same time, refer to it as their wavelength.

Blaze : Friends, he’s a friend of Ace’s so Princess likes him.

Bon Bon Riley: Friendly; doesn't know her all too well but likes her.

Bones Malloy: Friendly; thought he was very hot but never talked to him much. Goes to see him occasionally at his job.

Bright Eyes McKinnis: Indifferent; if it weren't for Ace being friendly towards her, she probably wouldn't give her the time of day. Now she's just friendly to her, but doesn't care to get to know her.

Buddy Rodgers: Friends; they've slept together and get along tremendously well.

Chase Dillon: Friends; they get along, although sometimes they get on each other's nerves. They tend to compete for Ace's attention.

Chloe Zanders: Friendly; is very attracted to her and wants to be closer friends with her.

Christian Daae: Friendly; thinks he's extremely hot but a little on the weird side.

Erica: Friendly; despite the majority of her friends disliking her, Princess is intrigued by her and wants to get to know her better.

Glitzy: Friendly; doesn't know her that well but from what she's seen she seems pretty cool.

Harlequin Duffell: Friendly; doesn't know her really well but thinks she's gorgeous and loves her accent.

Holland Dillon: Good friends; treats her like a little sister, she adores her. Both she and Ace are bad influences on Holland.

Hoops O’Malley: Friends, doesn’t know him that well but well enough to be friendly.

Keys Oakland: Friendly, she thinks he’s pretty cute, so that’s enough reason for her to play nice.

Logan Barrington: Not friends; she likes to make fun of Logan. She enjoys flirting with him just to see how he reacts.

Melody Preston: Good friends, she heard about Melody’s past from Ace and totally understood what she’s been through. Went out of her way to befriend Mel.

Moki Lanne: Friendly; thinks she's adorable and likes being around her. Tried to learn how to surf but nearly drowned. Has a crush on her younger brother Loki.

Patch: Indifferent; thinks she's very odd and often finds herself amused by Patch, but at the same time sometimes she finds her to be too weird and would rather that she weren't around.

Pekoe Malloy: Good friends, she sympathizes with Pekoe on the issue of her parents.

Rhiannon: Friendly; finds her very amusing, especially her quoting of Fleetwood Mac.

Skyler O’Malley: Friendly, she wants to sleep with him because he’s hot, but hasn’t made a move on him out of respect for Ace.

Slugger Rinks: Friendly, she thinks Slugger’s a cute kid and enjoys ruffling his hair with Ace.

Sparky Williams: Good friends; they butted heads at first but Ace made them be friendly since he loves both of them. Now they get along well and learn to live with the other's nuances.

Starlight Brighton: Not friends, they didn’t really get along from the beginning, she always thought Star disliked her. After Star found out that she and Ace slept together, any chance at a friendship disappeared.

Sunny Allister: Very close, she spends a lot of time with Sunny since Ace hangs out with her a lot. Sunny likes telling Princess all her issues relating to guys.

Sweetheart Rosacci: Not friends, they’re way too different and she doesn’t think SH likes her.

Teddy Mackery: Friends; thinks he's just excellent.

Tuneful Gibbons: Good friends; they're starting a band together. They got along from the beginning, even though Tuneful isn't part of Princess' social clique.
