As of right now, Ace is single. He and Starlight broke up last year once she found out that he cheated on her with Princess. Since then Ace hasn't had a steady girlfriend (although the majority of his friends think that he should be dating Princess since they spend so much time together) but has instead taken to picking and choosing dates here and there.
He spent the early part of the summer coaching little league soccer, then for the last three weeks of summer vacation he went to Europe with his mother. They visited relatives in Sweden that he hadn't seen in a few years, and they went to France, Germany and Greece. So after having an excellent summer, he's not all that thrilled to be back at school. So he's copping some major attitude at the moment. ;)
*decided I felt like adding in some more general info and this seemed like a good place for it*
Ace lives with his mom Patria, who is 31 but only looks to be around 23. Patria is 5'8" with a very small frame (Ace gets his smaller size from her, as his father had broader shoulders and looked more manly) her body is white and she has the same hair colour as Ace, with his green eyes. She likes to dress pretty young when she's not going to work, sometimes she'll even wear Ace's clothes. Though she's away a lot they're very close, she just doesn't realize how much it bothers him that she's not around all the time, otherwise she would stay home more often.
The condo they moved into last year is brand new and pretty big. It's on the 20th floor of the building, which happens to be the top floor, so it's a penthouse suite. Patria's boss also has a penthouse suite, at the opposite end of the hallway. Theirs is at the front of the building, so they actually have a view of the waterfront, since there are no buildings tall enough to block their view just yet. When you walk into their condo there's an entryway with a fairly large closet, they also have a bence where you can sit to put on/off your shoes. There's an entryway on the right side going into their kitchen. The kitchen is pretty big, there's a long counter running down the front wall with an island in the middle. There's a tile backsplash that runs along the wall as well, very small tiles that are in varying shades of aqua. The room is painted a light aqua blue, with white cabinets that have glass doors. It looks quite beachy and summery.
The back wall of the kitchen is cut out so you can see into the living room and there's another entryway that leads into the living room. The living room itself is sunken down lower than the rest of the condo, so there are three steps that lead down to it. The living room is painted a cream colour, with white and black furniture with chrome hardware. There's a plasma screen tv mounted on one wall, and a set of three long shelves running on the oppotiste wall with pictures, flowers, and various ornaments Patria bought around the world. On the right side the wall at the front comes in five feet, on which there's a Depeche Mode concert poster from Paris, France. It's been signed by all members of the band. The living room has a very Manhattan-minimalist look and feel to it. There are a few scattered shaggy white area rugs that cover the hardwood floor. At the back of the living room area is the dining area, which is raised up. There are four steps that go up to it and the whole back wall is floor to ceiling windows that look out into the city, where you can see the waterfront and Queen street. It's one of the nicest views in the city. The other two walls of the dining room are painted red, a very bright contrast to the living room. The walls come in a bit for the dining room, so it's not as long as the living room. The living room is twenty feet wide and fourteen feet deep, the dining area is thirteen feet wide and ten feet deep. There are rolling bamboo shades that cover all the windows, but they usually remain open, even at night. The dining set is very sophisticated looking, but fun. On the far right side of the room, in the area where the dining room extends is where the den is. The den is painted a mocha brown colour, with chocolate brown furniture. There's a computer with scanner/printer/fax. The bookcases are lined with a lot of books, a good chunk of which are psychology textbooks. Patria's second love (after advertising) is psychology and she's actually taking some part-time courses at university to get a bachelor's degree in psychology.
The left wing of the apartment is where the bedrooms are. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom (which has it's own bathroom and walk-in closet, there is also a private balcony) and the other bedroom is beside it (which also has a walk-in closet, and a Juliet balcony which is simply doors and a wrought iron railing, so you can lean against it and be outside) the other bathroom is across the hall from the spare bedroom. Since she's not home as much, Patria let Ace have the master bedroom.
Ace's bedroom is painted a light sage green colour, with a very low Asian-style queen-size bed. The furniture is a light wood stain, with silver hardware.
I've suddenly decided that I feel like making a layout of the apartment (omg I have no life:) so I'm stopping the description for now as it might change!
