She hath arrived! (Saturday)

Moki laughed at her friend's excitement, nodding her head. "That sounds lovely! What will you cook for us? You know Loki and I will eat just about anything, so I'm sure it'll be lovely."

[Sharise]

Em giggled and skipped a few steps ahead of Moki. She stopped and looked at the other girl and smiled. "There'd be lots and lots of fruit, and fish, some greens... And oh! If you wanted we could get some pheasant, or maybe a boar.... there are a lot of animals."

She gave a squeal and jumped up with joy. "This is going to be great!"

Moki grinned while Em skipped ahead, enjoying the fact that the other girl was getting so excited over it. "Hm, you know I don't think I've ever had pheasant! They don't really come around our end, so I think you should try to get us some pheasant! It would be quite exciting." Moki's eyes sparkled when she thought about it. Maybe they could even stay with the two for the night, she was certain her parents wouldn't mind.


(Has Em ever been up at the resort before?)

[Hmm.. maybe very briefly. ]


"It's very good." Em smiled. She turned back around, her eyes landing on the resort. "Wow..." The girl smiled as she stared off in the distance. "Your home is so pretty, Moki."

Moki smiled and stared up ahead as well. She knew she was lucky, getting to grow up in such a lovely place. Not only was the island itself gorgeous, but the resort was simply stunning. It was designed in the typical tropical island setting, but everything was very well kept up and updated over the years. The mood lighting outside set a beautiful glow over the area when the sun set, playing off the glow of the moon and stars nicely. She loved the island the most at night. "Yes it is. Now to go in and say hello to everyone. I'm glad you came, I want some of my other friends to meet you. They'll love you, especially Sparky. The two of you will get along marvellously." She grinned and re-took Em's arm, pulling her toward the lobby entrance.

"Friends?" Em smiled wide. "I can't wait!"

The island beauty clung to Moki as she was pulled toward the resort. This night was going to be absolutely wonderful! It was a shame Richard had to miss it. But she was sure he'd have a chance to meet everyone later.

They had reached the front entrance now and Moki pulled the door open, bringing Em with her inside. She waved to two girls working reception while pulling Em off to the left. They walked down through one of the corridors, following the directions that led to one of the conference rooms. The room was usually reserved for business meetings or the likes, but since no one had booked it for the weekend, Moki's parents had agreed to let her use it.

They reached the end of the hallway, stopping before the double doors that led into the room. Moki opened one of them and walked in, Em behind her. She looked around and only saw the three girls, wondering where everyone else had gone. As long as they were having a good time out here, that was all that really mattered to her. But she did hope none of them had left yet without saying goodbye. Regardless, she pulled Em over toward the three girls. "The one drawing would be Sparky, the one she's drawing would be Cara, and the other one is Brit. I actually only just met the latter two today, but they seem quite sweet."

Em watched in awe as they walked through the resort. It was so beautiful! And the floor was cool on her bare feet. Richard would have loved to see this place again.

As the two entered the room, Em smiled wide. "They're pretty."

Haha, no Sparky will quite love that. I just hope she doesn't get too intrigued, I never quite know what she's going to do until she does it. *lol* I'll bring them into the thread the next time I post in it. :D
